Jessica Chouinard has the unique opportunity to be up close and personal with Nextel Cup drivers at Louden, New Hampshire, through the efforts of Les Brown. Young Jessica is disabled, but that doesn’t slow her enthusiasm for auto racing and “The Cup.”
